This weekend was the “IPMS Scale ModelWorld” at Telford (UK), which is the world’s greatest model show about scale models. The show is at Telford International Centre TF3 4JH and is open on Saturday 9th November 2013 from 10:00am to 6:00pm and on Sunday 10th November 2013 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The show includes a really big place for shopping, a lot of static displays from english hobby clubs, some manufacturers and magazines displays, a “swap zone”, and the competition zone.

Éste fin de semana se ha celebrado el “IPMS Scale ModelWorld” en la pequeña población de Telford (Reino Unido), que según ellos mismo se definen como el “mayor evento de modelismo del mundo”. El evento se celebra durante el fin de semana e incluye una zona de concurso, una zona de exposición de clubs ingleses, una enorme cantidad de tiendas, stands de fabricantes, …
Es realmente impresionante y enorme (nada menos que 4 naves enormes) y por mucho que escriba no llegaré a lograr transmitir la que montan los ingleses, totalmente a años luz de lo que se ve en España. Acude gente de todos los puntos de Europa y se pueden ver piezas muy impresionantes. Para mas información recomiendo la web de la organización “Scale ModelWorld website”.
